I found out I was celiac so I cut out gluten and sugar from my diet. Basically switched to meat and raw salads. With cooked root veg. I lost 5 pounds in a month. I went from fat fuck to okay looking after about 6 months. Also my ADHD symptoms vanished too. I wouldn't have done it unless I had to however. Going gluten free is not fun for shopping or going out to eat.
