When making a White Russian, what specifically should you use? I'd like to make some.

>Best type of vodka to use?
>Do you need Kahlua or just any type of coffee liqueur?
>Is a specific type of milk like whole milk vs. fat free better?

Also I know the ratio is 5 parts vodka to 2 parts coffee stuff, but what exactly should the parts be? 5 shots vodka and 2 shots coffee? 2.5 shots vodka and 1 shot coffee?
