You can improve this substantially if you;
>Use slightly less flour
>Use slightly less cumin
>Use garlic salt instead of powder
>Use onion salt instead of powder
>Use 750g of fatty minced beef
>Use 250g of steak/extra lean minced beef
>Season beef with white pepper
>Allow to reduce then add about 2 or 3 pinches of white pepper
