She's 19, man. And she didn't have a difficult life to the point where she had to cook for herself.

She's learning, at least. I mostly cook for pleasure.

Dijon mustard, pepper sauce (+ some pepper grains), Gruyère cheese (IIRC), a tiny bit of bay leaf and a pinch of salt. It's best served hot.

The meat was first fried to get it a little toasty on the outside, sprayed with Dijon so the seasoning would stick to it, seasoned with black pepper, imported Pimenton de la Vera and imported Hungarian spices. Threw it in the oven for a bit and it came out delicious, alongside the potatos also from the oven next to the meat.

Wish I had time to do this kind of stuff these days.
