Hello /ck/ im here you ask you some questions about your favorite subjects, food and cooking!

So say im living by myself, and i dont know how to cook much (beef squares, pasta, eggs as omelet/scrambled/boiled , grilled cheese, mac and cheese, canned goods) , but im willing to learn for the sake of being nutritionally sound.

What dishes would you recommend i learn that provide adequate nutrition, are entry level dishes, and are on the cheap side?

I typically juggle around what i know how to cook, with turkey sandwiches, commercial cereals, and occasionally microwave meat/pasta packets. And as for beverages, i drink at least 1500 ml of water a day, as well as alot of milk, orange juice, and i like dole's orange+strawberry+banana juice.
