You need to spend real money on quality ingredients you dope.
Invest in various oils - which will cost serious dough. Have plenty, if nt as many spices and herbs, as you can get your hands on. Buy organic if you can, the real shit. None of that mixture garbage, rubs and blends, fuck that.

If you're spending serious money on serious food and serious ingredients, you will not eat as much and you will fucking lose weight or maintain a healthy balance. None of that processed microwavable garbage. It's like with alcohol, if you're spending real money on quality alcohol, you're reducing the risk of over-consumption, hangovers, and further abuse. Cheap and unhealthy is the hammer and sickle of Jewish control.
