Are supermarket premade pizzas still a good deal? I havent bought one in forever but it used to be you could get what was like an XXL unfrozen pizza you just take home and slap in the oven from grocery stores. I remember them being fairly cheap for the size, anyone gotten one recently?

I have roasted MANY whole chickens and it's never been a problem. A small fryer baked a 425°F for ~1 hour+ middle rack, usually sorts itself out.
I never get the "Flavor injected" ones though, and bigger isn't better.

Are you working out or just changing your diet? For years I have been eating whatever the fuck I want when I want because I would run like 15 miles a week and go to the gym.
