Im fermenting 2 barrels Sauerkraut and mixed Vegetables per year. Thats around 70L and this since 20years.
>unsing 2 disinfected stones to press it down
>Cook the saltwater
>add PAA 1h befor adding
>Use PAA or heat to clean the containers
>Using the same recipe over and over
Its pretty simple but using stones is very important to bush everything inside the saltwater. And sometimes using bags to pre portioning to avoid late contaminations
