I am on a 85%+ meat and dairy/cheeses/nuts diet. Been that way for most of my life. Mostly disregard bread, rice and pasta and eat plenty of various red meats and fish. I am very healthy and at a good weight.

I don't think people should go 100% carnivore, but meat should be the primary of your diet. Just keep up the variation and ignore the fattys eating bread, noodles, rice and all that other shit. Eat a tiny bit of it? Ok... but just know it's bad for you and treat it like you were a kid and candy.
