First attempt at at meatloaf, idk if it qualify as delicious, but I really enjoyed it. Next time I'll add some more of the spices (muscat, ginger and cayenne peppers). Idk why I never made some before, it's been a fav since childhood, but it's always been store-bought. Won't do the egg thing tho.
