Whenever they double up a burger, they're throwing off the formula that made the original work, and they're doing so in a big way. The original quarter pounder with cheese is pure perfection, and doubling it just makes it worse. Same when they do it with the filet of fish. It doesn't work and only brainlets like it: "durr more meat makes it better because im a manly man, look at me bros, look at me mom".

Their single patties are inferior to their larger patties. Much less flavour.

For me it's the Quarter Pounder® with Cheese -A quarter pound* of 100% pure beef with absolutely no fillers, additives or preservatives. Just a pinch of salt and pepper, and seared on our grills so it’s thick and juicy. Layered with two slices of melty cheese, slivered onions and tangy pickles on a sesame seed bun.

I have to go with the Quarter Pounder with Cheese®

It’s 100% pure Canadian beefy cheesiness. It tastes great, and it knows it. Two slices of melting processed cheddar cheese, a quarter pound* of 100% pure Canadian beef on a toasted sesame seed bun. It’s a simple recipe, but it works.
