Yes because american trash often is fried in corn, canola and soybean oil(in varying ratios.
Lays tastes even worse now, Store brands using sunflower oil have surpassed Name brands.

There's nothing wrong with them. If anything, they're kinda neutral.

They don't crisp up well in a pan or a grill, but they do well boiled, or, in this case, encased in corn batter.

Most Oscar Mayer hotdogs are worse, especially their turkey dogs.

Bar-S is at least honest of what you're getting.
