I think flash brew / japanese style iced coffee is bullshit.

How could this:
>x grams of coffee drips into y grams of ice
be different in anyway from this:
>brew x grams of coffee and then add y grams of ice

If anything, the second method should result in less dilution since the coffee has a very brief time to cool slightly before the ice is added.
