I've been doing a lot better these last several months.

>Changed to mostly paleo diet, cutting out all the junk food
>Took up walking to work
>Visiting family more
>Joining some forums for my interests as a distraction

I've cut my drinking in half roughly. I can cope with drinking a few litres of beer and not wanting more to get wasted.
