Make traps wait for enough to be gathered, seal and throw in the garbage. I just used steel reserve 40 ounce bottles with a couple sips left in the bottom, worked like a charm, had three set at a time and would cap them off, toss in the trash, repeat until the scourge is gone.

And oh yeah clean up, take out the trash, etc

Only problem is, you keep doing it, and they keep coming, and it becomes a chicken/egg scenario
