>we sell lobsters live and cooked
>if someone wants it cooked we steam it in this giant industrial steamer
>it's basically a big metal stack of cupboards which are all individual steamers
>one day I go to steam a lobster
>open one of the doors
>this one already had a lobster in it
>just remember that I started steaming this a few minutes ago
>the lobster is discoloured, most of his body is a orangey-red like it's partially cooked
>it's still alive, thrashing around desperately in the pan

I'm not even vegetarian/vegan or a big animal rights guy, but seeing that discoloured lobster thrashing around in there shook me a bit
