your obvious exceptions are shit like lasagna, pizza, take out, chili etc, or if you want to take some of last nights dinner into work the next day thats ok too.
whats not ok is spending half a day or more cooking one big meal to divvy up for the week. its really going against everything that people should strive for which is a varied diet of fresh ingredients.
