I use Forks Over Knives meal planner to make my meals throughout the week. Basically, they give you a bunch of recipes every week. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also throw in snacks and deserts if you want them. The meals are fucking surprisingly delicious. And if you want to eat really clean, something like this really keeps you going since you're eating things you want to eat and it does the planning for you, including shopping lists for the week. I am not a shill. I don't give a shit about this company. I am mainly asking one thing.
What does /ck/ do to plan out their meals? What diets do you like to eat? Are you successful in meal planning?
