Before I learnt to cook I treated my mother like fucking shit. I demanded soup dinner at least twice a week and gave her this list of all soups along with my preference for chunkiness.

If she ever made a soup with the wrong chunkiness I used to throw it on the carpet. I make up for it now by cooking for her twice a week
