No, no ebt cards they'd just come in twice a month on welfare days and I wouldn't see them the rest of the month. Judging by their poor hygeine and excessive weight I'm guessing it was SSDI checks they were spending.

I guess there could have been other welfare people who spread out their visits, but there was a big rush on those two days of the month.
