Aroma: Like Apple Pie (defintiely the lactic process has led to some sourdough like qualities to the coffee), hints of light blueberry

Taste: Insanely sweet, notes on the bag are spot on, save that the fuji apple comes out as the cup cools. Has a light orange/citrusy note.

Mouthfeel: one of a kind hands down. It feels like I’m drinking warm milk. Its so fucking creamy, yet the finish is light and has a light acidity that doesn’t dry your mouth out like I’ve had with some Kenyans.

Overall I’d probably reccomend to let it degas for a full week from roast, because at 3 days you’ll still get a bit of carbonic taste on the front, but it mellows out as it cools.

9.2/10, would drink again.

Cons: Definitely would like a bit more of that chocolate note to come through, as well as more of that Colombian type of note of brightness.

Its damn good though
