In theory it should be either dried pieces of actual fruit or perhaps a concentrate from actual fruits without any additives.

In practice you got for example boots advertised as waterproof which are not, in fact, waterproof at all; or "organic" milk from cows in industrial farms which is "organic" due to some obscure loophole in law.
