Why get rid of perishables?
Why, I have landed a lovely gig of in-house dogsitting starting next week. Which means I'll have access to a real kitchen. I'm a little excited about that.
Meat and veggies basically done after another hour and a half.
Scooped some of the liquid out for gravy. Added more herbes the Provence and salt to that to taste.
