Today I stuffed a tomato with mashed turkey mince and onion, then I made a sauce with the innards and ate it with jasmine rice. It was ok but I beat an egg into the mince and it became too homogenous--like it came out of a can. I think frying it for cheese ravioli or making a wrap would have been better.
