On private property you obviously need the owner's permission to take photos. I don't think a restaurant that was really pedantic about this would be a success, though. There's more money in making a product that people will want to photograph and share on social media.

Nevermind Freud. Why did you not address the part of my post that says the Internet exacerbates these issues? There was indeed mental illness back in the 1930s, and there were transgendered people too, but not to anywhere near the extent we're seeing now.
