Crossposting from /fit/ because it failed me:
I want to make chicken bone broth and simmer chicken bones for a day or so, but I can't find the nutritional values I'd get from that.
I have 440g of bones, but google only shows me the values for meat.
Does anybody know?

Fug. I think i do get withdrawels here.

Strong heartbeat, no shortness of breath, sweating, shaking though.

When I get drunk enough the pulse calms down. Everytime I stop drinking for periods I do it cold.
