My Russian friend learned how to cook ugali with greens and chicken from a Kenyan dude he knew, then showed me how to make it. It is quite tasty but I haven't had it in a while. It is actually deceptively filling because of the amount of greens, you think you've eaten a lot of food but it's actuallyn ot that many calories.

Obviously I can't make it as good as an actual Kenyan.
