Hey guys i made some deep fried chicken livers with some dipping sauce i made with mayo mixed in nando's peri-peri sauce and let me tell you HOLY FUCK it was soooo good lads. I recommend giving it a go and it's so cheap to make as well.

Also soaked the livers in milk before breading/frying it to get all that acidic stuff out which sorta helped get the breading to stick to it, didn't bother to soak it in a milk/bread mixture like i usually would. Plus patti can eat my leftover liver trimmin' anytime.
