This is called pide. It's similar to pizza, but prepared with a special cheese called "kaşar" and Turkish bacon "pastırma". They bake it and put the egg on top 2-3 minutes before taking it out from oven. Original pide is stone baked and different ingredients can be used, only "kaşar" and "pastırma".
Here is another example prepared with "kaşar" and "sucuk" (Turkish pepperoni).
It's fucking delicios.
