Buy
>the largest tortillas you can find
>nice marinara/pasta sauce
>toppings
>olive oil

coat the underside of a tortilla with a bit of oil
apply a light coat of sauce to the tortilla
then put another tortilla on top of it
put a more generous amount of sauce on this tortilla
add toppings and cheese
cook in 400 F oven until done

This will make a thin and crispy pizza that is extremely good. Non-traditional, of course, but delicious.
