All you can Eat Yakiniku.

I went to a couple places like this in Japan.

Tables have round gas grills built into them. All the meats are kept at a central location in refrigerated shelves. There is also standard buffet bars containing veggies, rice, plates, trays, and non alcoholic drink fountains. You pay by the time you are there. In 60 or 90 minute time blocks.

You sit down. Someone from the wait staff will come by and get head count for your table and take alcohol drink orders. then your time officially starts. You can go up and get little pre cut chunks of raw chilled meat and other food items. Take them back to your table and cook them over the built in grill. You'll have chop sticks and little saucers of dipping sauces. Meat pieces cook quickly since they are small, thin, and over a high flame.

If this can work in Japan with most imported meat and a population that doesn't eat as much meat compared to the west. Then it can surely work in NAmerica and Europe.

yakiniku is the only way to grill.

mesh screen over gas flame or hot charcaols.
lots of little thin pieces of meat
small pieces of veggies if you want

slap meat on. cook to preference in seconds. immediately dip in sauce and consume.
