I have only tried Champignions, portabello and bell mushrooms since they are the only ones that are widely available where I live.
I live in norway by the way, the food here is fucking terrible and expensive.
I never realised how terrible norwegian cooking was until i left norway for america.
Anyway, we have no local market here, only a shitty bulgarian shop with lots of onions.
The only thing the local supermarket sells that is available to me price-wise is onions, paprika, corn, rice and pasta.
The reason for this is since i live with my drunkard dad and can't afford decent food since i just have a weekend (and sometimes after school) job (I get decently paid there, don't get me wrong).
I'm not complaining, or looking for sympathy, i'm just writing this because I should be doing homework because i'm really bored.
Anyways, i'm getting paid by the state to move out of my dads pretty soon, perhaps i will celebrate by getting myself some new fresh mushrooms and having them as sides to a nice steak & potato meal
