Heres what I do:
>slice hearts lengthwise
>fry up some corn tortillas
>avocado oil in pan
>once the oil is hot, start dumping the heart strips in and frying them
>they cook pretty fast so watch out
>dump them onto the tortillas
>garnish how you would any other taco (i use pic rel)
