Steamed in a pressure cooker for a few minutes, I forget how many. Oh yea, I add some garlic and vinegar to the steam water, and yes salt of course sprinkled on top of the mussels. What's with all the ass ramming in this thread? Op seems sincere. Oh yea, I add bay leaves too for that extra flavor kick.
