Does anyone know a proper salmon sandwich?

It is prepared with breakfast/smoked salmon (means: not cooked, not grilled), a crunchy and fresh salad, white-grey or black bread-bun and the most important ingredient: The honey-mustard-sauce, which makes all of this taste absolutley fucking great.
Some people also serve this with Dill and a bagel
