While American biscuits are very similar to scones, I'm not sure they're exactly identical. A biscuit like that is gonna be buttery as hell, I bet.
Biscuit sandwiches are fairly popular as a breakfast item in America. I assume scones are basically never eaten that way, yeah?

I usually do bacon, scrambled egg, sharp cheddar, pinch of salt and black pepper, and hot sauce on an English muffin but if I have some previously frozen biscuits I'll upgrade to that.
