comfiest meal of my childhood: spaghetti bolognese the greek way, with feta cheese
you simply make a nice plate of spaghetti with minced meat (50% pork 50% beef), you add shredded feta cheese to taste (a lot more than pic related) while it's still hot and mix up the plate. The feta cheese melts and coats the spaghetti, and the dish goes from good to heavenly.
I know many non Greeks find the saltness of the feta cheese hard to stand, but it compliments this dish like it was made for it.
