if she's a normie it's oysters, scallops, and some sort of fresh pasta with lobster. Impressive for laypeople but old hat easy stuff for myself to pull off. Ask the wino at the wino store for an under the radar prosecco or vino verde. Maybe fresh bread and a compound butter, bitches love compound butter.
Midwestern types get steak and potatoes with a seasonal veg and probably fucking sangria fuck.
If she's a waitress or bartender we're going out no question about it. Probably Italian and definitely not high end or expensive. I have a couple spots downtown that just do good honest food. And then probably a dive bar after. If your industry the last thing you want is to fucking cook outside of work, but of course it's what everyone else expects out of you.
