I've been doing some Googling but the answers are pretty alarming. Tends up people tend to just say, "Get used to no flavor."

I'm come up with a few things that might help. Compensate by loading up with extra herbs and spices. Always make sure to boil your stuff in salted water because it only absorbs a few % which is still very low intake. Start focusing on low-sodium options for things like jarred sauces and salad dressings. Consider something like coconut adminos instead of soy sauce, it has a similar taste but only 30% of the calories.

How about you guys? Any other tips or tricks or things you've discovered? Would love to gather more ideas.
