That is most definitely Yum-Yum sauce that the OP is referring to. I had never really looked at a recipe for it before, since I only enjoy it occasionally, but holy shit, mind blown on the ingredients.

I wanted to ask your advice. I'm sure you guys have had thousands of "I'm poor and don't know how to cook, what do" threads in the past, so I'll try to avoid that one for now. It's along a similar premise though.

Assuming someone is capable of eating the same meal 3x a day and does not give a shit about variety, what is the cheapest dish to prepare that is nutritionally sound?

When I say nutritionally sound, I guess I mean everything that you should be getting in your diet. Is there such a dish?
