If you were a very successful chef, and I'm talking VERY successful, such as having a cooking line, a TV show, cookbooks, restaurants, the whole shebang, do you think you'd be like the Ramsay's and Giada's and Bourdain's and Martha Stewart's of the world and stay very healthy and in-shape and hardly taste or eat what you are cooking?

Or do you think you'd be more like the Mario Batali's and Emeril Lagasse's and Barefoot Contessa's of the world and just taste what you cook all the time and get fat as fuck?

It seems like you can only ever be one of the two extremes. A health nut like Ramsay or Giada or an obese tub of shit like Emeril or Mario. I guess there's no inbetween when you're a big-time chef.
