Thinking about doing something crazy you guys.

Tater tots in the oven are going to finish up soon and instead of eating them as is I had an idea.

Throw em in a bowl and melt some monterey jack cheese over them. What kind of meat would compliment this on top of the cheese? maybe a sliced hot dog? Probably not cold cuts, maybe ground beef?

Would a sauce be out of the question? Ketchup would be too overpowering.
