Could have used more pics, and you lose points for a funky, cholesterol laden pasta recipe and adding flour to your water like a weirdo.

I might give the sardine/delicious pork combo a run. If you don't feel like forking out the cash for the dago shit, find some Virginia country ham and sub it for prosciutto and some salt pork for the pancetta....shits good.

The U.S. is correct, as is the Scandinavian influence. Watched a video about surstromming and how the Swedes eat it and thought it would go well with any other canned fish as well.

That's a russet potato with home made plain yogurt and some chives and parsley from the garden. The pickles are a home made batch made from some mini English cukes on sale.

Not too bad, healthy, and cheap.
