i made some tomato sauce.
instead of cooking a whole box of pasta and having it all taste like shit after today in the fridge i just made enough pasta for one serving. strained most of the water out except for a bit then added hot sauce and stirred and let sit a couple mins. was good gonna do the same for leftovers
