A few people seem to have a problem with medium-rare burgers, but I cook them that way because that's what I like, and a few people getting upset about a little pink in some ground beef is not why I do it. On the other hand, I did import the Japanese score to Dragon Quest XI, just in case I'm ever at a cocktail party where someone mentions Koichi Sugiyama and there's a grand piano in sight.

It's a 3rd pound patty - 78/22 - brioche bun, two layers of aioli (i.e. mayo), two different kinds of cheese, bacon, and a handful of inconsequential vegetables, some pickled.

The funny thing is that I try to cook my burger pretty much the same every night, get upset when I'm a little off, but anons are saying that I keep reposting the same burger and can't cook, even though they can't even tell how different every burger is.
