Up your game by infusing Asian inspired flavors like Hoisin Sauce for the glaze and diced ginger and garlic mixed in to the loaf.

I do an Asian style meatloaf with a Hoisin Sauce glaze instead or kethup.

Use half ground pork and half ground beef. Panko crumbs work good as the filler. This one was Asian inspired so I used some five spice and diced ginger with a hoison sauce glaze that I thickened with honey.

The finished product. GF devoured it like she's gonna devour my cock later. She, rightly it turns out, observed that what I made is, essentially, one giant Chinese dumpling. I would definitely suggest that you try the Hoisin glaze the next time you cook a loaf.
