Is there a point to using raw milk in cooking? Or will the heat destroy any good bacteria/enzymes? Should I keep a jug of raw milk for drinking/cold use, and a jug of pasteurized for cooking (to save money)?

Picked some up today at the Farmer's Market, what am I in for?

How does it taste? Just occurred to me I’ve only ever consumed pasteurized milk. I’ve had really good unpasteurized fruit juices and “raw” cheese. I know it’s become more popular but I’ve still never heard of a significant amount of people getting sick. Almost seems like the same probability of getting food poisoning at any given restaurant. Also the older generation in my family grew up with raw milk
