Any of you take frankincense or myrrh? They are both proven to at least somewhat alleviate GI irritations and inflammations, and on another note it can make your house smell like a church, dunno if you like that (I do personally). I started taking both to further treat my UC, if it works I will report back in some future thread, but it seems to be hit or miss from what I've read.
