I don't find the spicy as flavourful as the mild so I don't get it. Instead, I dip my chicken in either pic related, mayonnaise or pic related mixed with mayonnaise.

There's also a hot sauce from America (Georgia, I think) that's made with roasted peaches and caramelised onions that's delicious. Since I can't find it anymore, I make my own now.

When they move on to sambal Cap Jempol (Thumb's Up; it's a brand though 'cap jempol' literally means 'thumb print'). or ABC sambal asli (original; 'asli' means 'original'), I'll be concerned. Cap Jempol is my favourite, but ABC is also pretty good.

Try pic related if you can find it. When I can't, I buy your example.

I haven't been able to find it lately, so I've swapped recently to ABC brand because the taste is similar enough.

The name means "Thumb's up!" because it's that good.

I make a hot sauce of fire-roasted sweet onions, fire-roasted peaches, fire-roasted red chilies and a bit of sugar. It's great with fried foods, particularly chicken. I call it Georgia hot sauce because that US state is known for it's onions and peaches.

Or do you mean a store-bought brand of hot sauce? If you mean store-bought, I like pic related. They sell this in /some/ Chinese markets and many (though not most) Southeast Asian markets. It's taste is strong with a pleasant sweetness. It is very good for sweet dry-roasted meats.

Are you adverse to making one? I can recommend a great recipe if you're interested, but if not, get pic related and mix it with a bit of sugar and puréed peaches. In fact, it might be good mixed with tinned peaches in syrup.

Make your own, OP? Would you be interested in that? If so, I can give you some guidelines for making various types of hot sauces.
If not, I know you dropbear-fuckers love the piss out of Bali: next time you're there or someone you know goes there, try to get your hands on pic related. Alternately, find your local Asian/Indonesian/Malay grocer as you may be able to nab a bottle there.
