Same situation. Ex military very fit pandemic comes and job is at home, continue heavy drinking. Gained 15-20 pounds, up to 180 from 160 over 1.5 yr. Literally spent all my 18-31 years at 160. Cannot lose weight. Pretty much have to stop drinking. Its a mix of getting older and less active nowadays.

Thanks anons for reminding me to quit. I'm sure I will after this bottle of rim, vodka, wine and some leftover beer
